Nooshin Gholizadeh

While the pictures I ordered from York Photo are the ones that appear below in previous posts, these are a couple of the pictures I actually received. Well, someone should appreicate them...such a cute little boy Nooshin has, after all. And the family resemblence is remarkable, as is the taste in sunglasses! You really should see their dining room. Very nice. At any rate, it appears the picture above with the tree was taken at a hotel, where they celebrated Christmas with family.
I wonder how Nooshin likes my pictures? If they bring back memories of a long-forgotten White House tour, or make her wish she had a little girl to take pictures of? Perhaps once we've grown accustomed to exchanging photos, we could exchange children for a week or so; sort of an unformalized cultural exchange program. We could visit each other's houses, exclaiming over improvements since the last round of photos. This is opening up avenues I hadn't expected before I visited the mailbox.

This is hilarious. You are so funny, sister.

How are you going to get your pictures? And how is Nooshin going to get her pictures?

Have you talked to York yet?

I had to read this post twice to figure out what was going on! Thank you for sharing. What nationality do you think Gholizadeh is?

I agree he is a darling little guy, expecially when he "lost the sunglasses" and put on the tie and vest in the second photo.

Wonder what his name is...

How funny to receive such interesting pictures! Fun, too, to have a way to share them with so many with such little effort! We can all enjoy York's blunder!

I emailed York yesterday, because I couldn't quickly find a phone number for them anywhere. Haven't heard back yet.

So, York emailed me and I have to actually go through the hassle of sending the pictures back in. No kidding. I'm going to have to go to the post office to package and get the correct postage for this thing. That, or pay an arm and a leg at a shipping location.

hm...York might not be so great after all. Will they reimburse you? And will you get your pictures back?

They will put a trace on my pictures (why don't they just reprint them for both of us and send those out?). I don't read anything about reimbursement for postage. I should send them COD!
