Finally, after over a month of staring at that one, yellowing, angled, upper front tooth, Katie's head and Madeline's mouth connected with enough impact to knock it out of there! Despite a small amount of blood, all of us - including Madeline, who is too scared to have a tooth pulled - were glad to see it go!
