I asked for 2 things for my birthday - having my ginormous TV's dead remote sensor fixed (which they are having done for me) and then some boxers to replace the pair (cut from Looney Tunes fabric) that Mom made me for my 13th birthday, which was, sadly, over a decade ago. Above, I am hugging, yes that's right hugging my new boxers. I had forgotten that I asked for them.

Here I'm displaying my new shiny necklace (not the sapphire, that's Mom's, but the silver chain) from G'pa and G'ma Gottschalk. I love it!
Now here's a guy who knows how to have fun. Enjoying himself, you think? I believe it was story time.

Looks like good times were had by all! Finally, no more Tweety boxers. I feel like that was my birthday present, too! :)
