I just wanted to share the really interesting old-fashioned Western resort out in Wickenburg that Franz and the girls took me to for Mother's Day brunch.
The girls walked out over a fenced in horse corral, displaying the name of the resort.
The horses were very friendly and the girls enjoyed petting them.
Mainly, though, I just wanted to show off this picture that Franz took. You know how I love a good animal nose shot!

The horse nose is awesome! Very close and very hairy, in an oddly cute sort of way. I wish I wasn't scared of horses. They are such beautiful creatures.
You're scared of horses? I didn't know that! You were too little to pet the ones across the street when we lived at Fox Run weren't you? That's when I decided I liked them.
