Well, Les, I'm not Amish yet. I did bake bread last week (Banana, though, no kneading required). No pies, but just because I'm sure I'd suck at making crusts. My hands are okay, Em. I guess because I took so much time to finish it. Thanks for all the comments!
The top is officially done. Praise Jesus! Never thought I'd finish. Tonight at 11:15, I was done.
