So far this year, we have seen:
- first firing of an employee
- loss of another employee to another company
- introduction of health insurance to company compensation plan
- addition of a Sales Manager / F&I Director
- addition of TWO SALESMEN!!!
Today marked the start date of two fulltime salesmen at FM. They are handling the inventory and the online advertising, as well, and are managed by our relatively new Sales Manager.
Today also marked one of the first days Franz was able to leave the office to do some fun PR without worrying that the place was going to fall apart. He came back beaming.
The energy level is high around there and excitement is in the air.
The paperwork involved in this staffing change is significant for the moment, but well worth it. We are going to grow this baby up. This is the year for solid food, sleeping through the night, and learning to walk. This is the year we make some serious steps toward independence; I can smell it!

Awesome! God is good! I love that Franz can get back to doing some of the things he loves without ALL of the pressures of day-to-day business. Who knows what this year may bring! May all of your new employeers fit together well as a motivated, successful, well-balanced team that is fun to work with!
