The tarptent is actually 28 ounces (I originally thought it was 22 ounces). Though those six ounces will make a difference, I am cutting about 3 1/2 pounds in the "shelter" category from my backpack, so I'm ecstatic. And, though mom didn't mention it, the tarptent is a gift from Mom and Dad. Thanks!
It's so cute! Maddie would love that tent (and of course she would have loved the cake, too!)
