Katie Elyse

Yesterday Katie rolled from back to tummy. I found her screaming on her tummy with her toes and head both in the air, rocking around as she tried to balance in order to keep as much of herself off the floor as possible. She really doesn't like to be on her tummy.

Today, we went to the doctor for her 5 month checkup (no shots, thankfully!) She has not gained much weight in the last several months, and has still not broken 13 pounds, dropping from the 90th percentile at birth to the 15th today, at 12 pounds 14 ounces. She is 25.5 inches long, in the 89th percentile. And, now it's time to start in on real baby food.
